Café or Bistro

Café restaurant not only just sells coffee, but also sells beverage, light meal, salad, sandwich, baked goods and on forth. In addition, it does not offer table service. Thus, many young people can open a new restaurant easily by this. The benefit of it contains the convenience to go everywhere people are crowed. However, this business requires a lot of workload due to its fewer members, and needs to pay attention, especially when the peak of the meal time.
